Service area: We deliver across Hampton Roads (Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk).

Arrival window: We schedule arrival 2–3 hours before guest arrival. Larger builds may require additional setup time.

Access: Please ensure a clear path, reserved parking/loading access, and a venue contact on site. Elevators are required for multi-floor installs; long carries or stairs may extend setup time.

Venue-safe methods: Our décor is freestanding and venue friendly. We do not drill or mount to walls. Removable adhesives/tape are used only with venue approval.

Outdoors: Weather can affect décor. For outdoor bookings, a covered/indoor backup location is strongly recommended. We may adjust timing or placement for safety.

Strike/Pickup: We return for takedown at the scheduled time (typically the same day or the next morning).

Client prep: Have the install area cleared, measurements approved, and power available if lighting is included. Please do not move décor after setup—contact us if anything shifts.

Paperback Book: Ships with tracking. Preorders ship during release week; in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days(US); international times vary.

Digital ticket: Your order confirmation email is your ticket. The name and email used at checkout are added to the guest list.

Check-in: Bring your confirmation (on phone is fine) and a photo ID. Doors open 2–3 hours before guest arrival for setup viewing is not included; attendee check-in opens per your event email.

Event details: Final schedule, venue address, and parking info are emailed one week prior (and again 24 hours before).

Transfers: Can’t make it? You may transfer your ticket to another attendee by emailing us the new name/email at least 7 days before the event.

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. If the event is postponed, tickets automatically move to the new date or a credit is offered.
