Tickets are nonrefundable.

Longevity (indoors): Air-filled décor can last weeks and often up to 2–3 months in ideal, climate-controlled spaces. We guarantee event-day quality; actual life varies by environment.

Outdoors: Best for same-day use. Sun, heat, wind, and rain will shorten lifespan.

Placement: Keep away from direct sun, heat/AC vents, rough or sharp surfaces, and hot vehicles.

Do not move after install: Please don’t adjust stands, frames, or décor. Contact us if anything shifts.

Adhesives: Only use the hooks/tape provided. Some surfaces (fresh paint, delicate finishes) may lift.

Natural change: Latex balloons may develop a soft matte “oxidized” look over time—this is normal.

Safety: Keep at least 3 ft from open flames/heaters. Supervise children and pets; latex balloons are a choking hazard for kids under 8.

Strike/cleanup: Our team returns for pickup at the scheduled time (for rentals). Pop and dispose responsibly if removing yourself.
