The Gold Balloon Hoop comes as is with no balloon garland or decorations attached if balloon garland is not purchased with the hoop. A balloon garland Decorations may be added to the Gold Balloon Hoop Add-On. The Gold Balloon Hoop is 7.5 ft tall and 7.45 ft wide. 

For ANY damages causes to the Gold Balloon Hoop Add-On, an additional $100 will be charged to your payment method.
